Their customer service is the worse!I love the artist they are selling tickets for, but I honestly would refuse to go see them because AXS is administering the tickets.

I called to ask for simple assistance and the customer service representative didn't seem to even know what she was doing, had to push straight to the supervisor, and then still refused to help.

Then when I said "oh, thanks, good day" she forgot to hang up her phone and said "some people really make me want to yell!".Horrible purchasing platform, horrible terms and conditions, and horrible customer service!

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of axs tickets from Axs. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $270 and wants Axs to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was website, whole process and false claims and misrepresentations. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
