Long gone is the day where you just were there right at 10 and whoever got to click first got in. The waiting room is the worst idea, and horribly executed I might add, I've ever come across.

This has happened to me more than once. Get online way before, wait for the presale, try to get in the waiting room. (If you do get into it, which didn't even happen this time.) You wait and wait and wait for it to be your turn. Most of the time the page doesn't refresh for you like it says it will.

You have to manually do it. Then it remembers your actually next in line and then sends you to the page, but by the time that happens your chances of getting tickets even remotely to where you were wanting to get them is long gone and you have to stick with awful seats. But, this time I logged on an hour before. Waited and waited.

Clicked on join waiting room. Waited and waited... for nothing the page is stuck (Currently 43 minutes past the presale time) on a page that has all the presale links and a "coming soon" button that's in gray.

Way to go AXS. You've managed to make yourself the worst ticket site known to man.

I didn't like: Waiting room, Website, Unable to purchase tickets online, Lack of contact, Customer service.
