Axs has the worst customer service ever. Cannot reach anyone, cannot log into account, cannot see my ticket in flash seats.

We have been e-mailing and calling for weeks and still we cannot view our tickets or even log in to axs. It keeps saying that we need to enter our credentials. We enter our credentials and it keeps saying "enter your credentials" dealing with axs and flash seats is the most frustrating thing ever. I never want to go through them again.

Cannot reach customer service by telephone and when we email they tell us the issue has been resolved and direct us to the faq again and again. The stress of dealing with this company is not even worth going to the events.

They don't respond to emails and when you call, they put you on hold for over an hour every time. Worst customer service ever and I really wish venues would stop using this terrible company.
