I was buying concert tix, used 3 different cards, and kept receiving errors saying my cards were not accepted. All three were charged.
AXS's super rude, *** customer service rep said it was our fault because our banks rejected them. (Hmm.. all three? Really?) I told her we had the money tenfold and it had to be a system error.
She had no further information about how long it would take for the pending charges to fall off, no apology for what happened, and no solutions for buying a ticket to the friggin show! I won't ever be using this service again.
