Worst experience with customer service and website.When their website has an issue and your ticket needs to be switched because of it.
They will send you in circles and you will still be stuck with the wrong ticket and the end of the day. Really the worst customer service and policies.
The website issue with the new function which allows you to reserve extra tickets when purchasing so that you can invite friends to come along with you. It does not tell you which ticket you are purchasing of the lot.
According to the customer representative you receive a random ticket of the bunch.
Ultimately if you are reserving tickets and buying tickets, the functionality should exist to choose which ticket you purchase and which ticket/tickets you reserve.When I approached them with the issue the customer service representatives had no idea how to deal with it (I'm assuming it is a relatively new function on their website and therefore a relatively new issue, but if that is the case, they should understand that functionality issues need to be dealt with).
