Not resolved

I have spent several hours the past three days trying to purchase tickets to a show in Las Vegas. Before calling, I tried SEVEN different credit cards but continued to get an error on-line.

I then waited TWO hours on hold to purchase the tickets over the phone. Finally, I ordered, received a confirmation number and supposedly purchased the tickets. After three days, I had not received a confirmation email as I was instructed I would receive nor the actual e-tickets. This morning, 03/13/18, I email customer service with my confirmation number and other requested information.

Minutes later, I received an email saying the transaction had not gone through and that I should order again on-line or call customer service.

After trying to order again on-line several times with no success, I am on hold again. 25 minutes and counting.

Product or Service Mentioned: Axs Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Axs Cons: Fact that their customer service does not answer the phone.
