AXS - Tickets refunded 2 months after I purchased them without notification. The event is still running. REALLY UPSET
My family event was canceled without notification from AXS.My tickets were purchased on April and were refunded without notification on July. Grrrrrrrrrrr…..
I found out through my credit card statement. On top of that, my event is still selling and the same location/seats are being sold double the price I paid. I feel they refunded my tickets to sell at a higher price since they never expected Soy Luna to be a hit in the US.
I called customer service for an explanation, but a rude lady ignored my request.
I requested to talk to a supervisor after making several calls and I was never able to get a hold of a supervisor. POOOOR SERVICE!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I liked: Got total runaround and ignored.
I didn't like: Attitude of staff, Whole process.
