I bought two tickets to a concert on their website. The website was glitchy and kept kicking me out.

Eventually I got two tickets. Then I noticed I was charged twice. I complained via email and via telephone to customer service. They informed me that I had purchased two sets of two tickets.

I complained and wanted a refund for two of the tickets. They sent me all four tickets. I wrote an email complaining. After a few days I didn't get a response so I sold two of the tickets to a friend.

Today I got an email from the ticket service that they have voided two of my 4 tickets and will issue a refund in 5 to 7 days. Arghhhhhhh!

Now I am trying to call them to get the tickets back, but the phone is busy all day. I have sent another email, but don't suppose I will get an answer for a week.
