These guys could use several classes on customer service. Tried transferring tickets to a friend for a great event.

Confirmed her email and received email confirmation on my end that the tickets were sent to her email. She NEVER received the email.

Spam or regular folder and even with email proof via AXS that the tickets were sent, they NEVER arrived. Won't give account credit for purchase of future tickets, and won't refund the money at all due to this being a 2 day "past event" that my friend(s) never even got to go to.

AXS customer service see's the tickets were never used, see's the email confirmation the tickets were sent, but won't refund money that's never got used.

These guys are absolutely terrible and just lost a loyal customer and friends included.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fraudulent business practices, Horrible customer service, Service i received from the supervisor.
