I am filing a complaint about the customer service of this company. I have been contacting them over and over again about a requested refund from a cancelled show.

AXS did not contact me directly about the cancelled sho I have spoken to a live person over the phone where they have told me someone will contact me in 24 hours with no follow through. I have tried every avenue to get a hold of their customer service center with no responses. I have evidence of at least 8 attempts. This is unacceptable, especially coming from such a large entertainment company.

The least they can do is acknowledge a loyal customer. I have been on hold for an hour 1 time, with no response.

I find this unacceptable. I have evidence and emails of ALL 8 attempts to reach out in the past week.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $121.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
