I have purchased tickets on AXS and haven't received them.
I sent a first message and got an automatic response warning of delays and to resent a template with date, order number etc... if urgent.
It was not urgent, so I thought I would try later.
I did try a few weeks later and got the same response. I sent my request as urgent and got a message telling me that it would be addressed in a maximum of 72 hours.
# days later, no answer.
I resent a message. That was 10 days ago and I have not heard of them.
I am wondering if there is an actual human being in this company.
I am afraid I will have to call but I am already afraid when reading the reviews of their phone customer service...
