I lost 200GBP for ticket that doesn't ever come.
This is how they work modus!
They didn't sent the email confirmation.
They always said everything is fine and contact 72 hours before the event (what kind of term is this???).
The response is automatic in email, said they check for 5-10 days work. (what a system!)
You always leave in queue in chat service.
You can't reach the clarity on the phone.
The staff can explain all they want.
They delete the event on your account in website.
This is the only confirmation you have by the way. Make sure you always screen shoot if you still have luck see the event on their web account.
And at the end, the ticket never come!
Could we make a report to a police together for this scam business???
