Axs review: Error on purchase
I’ve spent a week. 24 payment attempts 6 different cards. Over 10 hours on the phone to be cut off twice. Contacted @axs 14 times via Twitter and Facebook and the contact centre. This is not a service. Still trying to book EVO 2019 tickets. FUSTRATED.

Axs review: Disabled ticket refund request
Purchased accessible tickets for BST Florence and the machine. Partner too poorly to attend so I repurchased non accessible tickets and went with my son. AXS had the doctors letter for two weeks, sat on it, then emailed me on the day if the concert to ask if I still wanted a refund. No access to mails so I missed it until the next day. As the event was over, they are refusing to refund for the non used ticket.

Not sure. Paypal failed to complete order but my seats were still frayed out. Customer Service by phone assisted. Hope I don’t get charged twice as I ended up using Amex for second attempt-which seems to have worked. Also hope my tickets in my AXS account are indeed the valid ones.

Axs review: Deceptive sale Scammers poor service
Ordered Elton John tix. Received no confirmation info. Could not access tix on Flash Seats. Called hour later after total frustration to cancel. Told it would be done. Needless to say charged to my credit card. Wrote on site 3 times, same auto response. Finally got live chat. Told Seats were not refundable- never informed! Customer service is nonexistent. They are cheats! Wish I’d checked reviews earlier! Zero stars! Expensive error dealing with them!

Axs review: Hugh Jackman vip rip off
Bought 6 vip tickets from AXS for Hugh Jackman in Manchester 25/5/19. I paid £210 per ticket . The tickets had £71 printed on and the Diamond VIP package included a number of signed items . My wife picked the packs up and she didn’t get what was advertised and the signatures were printed ! Disgusting.
