Axs review: Worthless customer service!

I bought tickets online & also bought insurance. I can’t go, but I can’t find any way to use the damned insurance to get a refund! I submitted a request several weeks ago & they responded that they would get back to me but I never heard anything. Now the event date is approaching & I’m about to lose $180+ on these damned tickets. AVOID AXS!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have contacted 5 times now and was just hung up on by the service line. I have not received a confirmation email not my Tickets BUT I was charged for my tickets. Why have I not received them? Now the concert is sold out and if I do not have tickets I can’t even buy them again. I am a furious and very upset with this service.
