App process is not well thought out
Apps are supposed to make your life easier. AXS app must have 'extreme frustration' built into the algorithm.
Even what you think is a secure email for your tickets is a nightmare. Human intelligence is far more efficient and effective than using this app to get into an event. This app set ticket purchasing back like fifty years before computers. It was as if no one was steering the ship at all.
Hundreds of people, and I do mean hundreds of people, myself and my team included missed the beginning of a major event perhaps due to human error, technical error, incompetence or all of the above. It simply did not make sense and did not have to happen.
This was my first experience with AXS and the worst of any app experience I have had to date - without exception. AXS needs to do better especially for big ticket events like the NAACP Image Awards and supporting events.

Never. I don't even want to go another concert again. Knowing I'm buying tickets from liars
I also had to throw all of my food away and clean up branches and trees.
My babysitter was also struck with the same situation due to us living in the same town. So not only was I tired and destitute but I also didn't have a sitter. I couldn't call ahead of time cause I HAD NO POWER OR INTERNET. My power and internet was restored the evening of the show, and I called AXS.
The lady told me how a tree had fallen on her fence so she knew how I felt but I couldn't get a refund. Whatever, I had no energy to go on, I had purchased the insurance! They deny the claim. Then why offer it?
I feel ripped off.
I feel AXS could care less about its customers and this is proof. Don't buy nothing from them

Website is poorly designed and customer service is not helpful
Be xI was excited to see that there were 2,3, and 4 ticket packages that included vehicle passes all in one. However, day of purchasing proved to not be ideal and has now left my friends and I with 9 tickets and only one vehicle pass.
Myself and 5 of my friends, who all have GA loyalty, had so many issues when we went to purchase our tickets (one had 8 yr loyalty that she had issues with and was not able to purchase tickets at all. She reached out to AXS and they couldnt help her and referred her to HQ. She emailed HQ and still hasnt received a response).
We all got on a call together about 20 minutes before tickets went on sale for our loyalty tier on 12/7. The random placement in the queue is understandable.
However 3 out of the 5 of us either had an error, as it was our time to be taken to the site, as we were adding tickets to our carts. I was the only one who didnt get booted or an error message. When I went to add the Maplewood package to my cart it let me but only had 1 ticket even though I chose the 4 wristband camping package. Then when I tried to go back and add the rest of the tickets for the package it said it was not available.
I still had the single maplewood camping package in my cart (which didnt make sense because there werent supposed to be single camping packages) Our backup plan was Higher Love Tickets. So I selected the 4 person camping package for Higher Love and added the early entry for our vehicle. The maplewood option was still in my cart and I didnt want to hit back or try and remove anything in the event it would error out or cause any issues with my order. I figured I can sell the maplewood on the exchange.
My order went through and I was excited to have secured a portion of what I thought was what we needed. Sadly I was unaware that I what I selected was not what I received. The Maplewoods turned into a camping only pass, per the AXS rep I spoke with today, told me that what I selected had probably sold out. The Higher Love package removed the camping portion and only kept 4 wristbands that were labeled on my order as the Higher Love Camping Package.
I received confirmation for my order in an email that said I had the Higher Love Camping package. I was unaware that AXS separated and removed the camping portion. After that order we were able to secure the second Higher Love Camping package with 3 tickets that we needed. We were all excited until later when we went to get everyone their final cost for their portion of the package.
After looking over the email of the first order didnt have a charge for camping for higher love. It only had Maplewoods. Yet, there was not a single Maplewoods wristband. The second order had the full camping package for Higher Love.
I reached out to AXS to get a resolution and they told me we chose the wrong package on the website. They said that tickets had sold out and thats why I didnt get what i thought I had. However, we purchased the second package we needed and it DID have camping. So how the *** did we not get the Camping Package we selected on the first order, but we did on the second, if it was sold out?
The rep even told me that THOUSANDS of other people had the same issue and were calling in. What is extremely upsetting is that the whole system was *** up. Why are we being told to select a package, that states it includes camping and a vehicle pass, when thats not actually how it works when you go to check out. AXS isnt accepting responsibility.
So who is at fault. Because I can tell you, THOUSANDS of fans arent happy because what was advertised is NOT what actually happened.
User's recommendation: Look over your order very carefully before checking out. Just because the title of the package may say it’s a packe, the contents may not be the full package. Their website will allow you to purchase incomplete packages even though you shouldn’t be allowed to purchase one part without the other.

I bought tickets from them back in September, and sold them in November. They make you wait to get paid back even once the tickets have sold under after the date of the concert, which was December 6, 2023.
They do not want to give you the money back. I set my account up to transfer the money to my checking account. It bounced back and I was told they do not allow checking account transfers. Then I used my paypal and it said my money was transferred and nothing happened.
My entire money they owed me disappeared from their site. This time I was told it rejected because the paypal email address needed to match the email address on my ticket purchase account. Which is ridiculous. So now my account shows no money anywhere to be had.
Said it processed, told it rejected but no history and the money is gone. This company is super shady. My paypal has always been under the same email address. There is no reason the ticket purchase site email should have to match your paypal account.
This company is very very shady.
They do not want to give my money back, when they sold the tickets quickly and now they will not pay me back for them. I will have my credit card take care of this, but this is horrible.

Fraudulent website to buy tickets
I bought tickets from this website. they required that I make an account.
I did and bought the tickets. I get an email that they were delivered to my account. I log in. They want an email verification.
I confirm via email. They make me log in again. I do. they then want my phone number.
I refuse. I go to their live chat. Nope. They want the phone number to just opt out of selling my info.
Still have not got my tickets.
They need to say upfront that to buy from them that you are willing to allow them to obtain and sell your email and phone number.
Who knows if the kept the credit card. Reporting them to the FTC.

Verified ReviewerStupid - Can't Sign in to get Tickets
I tried getting in to a pre-sale to get tickets to my fave artist, after multiple attempts, and trust me, I really wanted these tickets, I was unable to sign in. Frustrated, I decided to wait a couple days to try and get regular tickets when they went on sale to the general public.
Guess what? I couldn't get in then either. I even tried different venues farther away just to try and get tickets because I'm afraid the show I want to attend will be sold out. The AXS site kept giving me a message to contact the online help or call a number.
I was given the option to change my password to sign in, but that didn't help. Same thing over and over. No live people available to help...said they were closed for "live person online chat" and phones. Whoever selected this vendor to distribute tickets should be given a second look, this so sucks.
Never in my hundreds of ticket purchases have been this difficult.
I guess I'll have to drive over two hours round trip to get tickets directly from the venue, if I can even do that. I'll have to wait until morning to call them too, I want no part of AXS and entertainment venues should think twice about using this vendor to distribute tickets.

I bought tickets and they disappeared off my account page on the app customer service says they have no record of my purchase I do I screenshotted the order number and it is in my bank account but I'm getting nowhere I will never purchase another ticket with AXS
