I have a problem where AXS won't even let me add a bank account for transferring my money: I enter in all of my data and theres always this annoying error message that pops up: "Please verify your input data" and it doesn't even tell me what to verify. I had this problem when I was listing my tickets too, but at least the message told me that I can't write a thank you note to my buyer (??!?) Hopefully Ill only have to reload my page once or twice or something stupid like that..

Axs - Tried to order tickets and after entering all needed bank info pop ups told me there was an "error" and i again submitted bank info from a different credit card and still got the same message

and directed me to customer service site that proceeded to come up blank! We starting back at the beginning of AXS was told "no more tickets available". unf*cking believable! I at this time am not even sure if both of my credit cards have been charged or not! Very disappointed to say the least.

Axs - Worst Website Ever

tried to by tickets, kept timing out after provided credit info. Later that day I tried again and got tickets. and then I was informed about the two other tickets they charged also. Now I have 4 tickets charge 200 each and they will not reimburse. I have tried selling tickets and constant errors, slow downs nothing seems to work. You are playing Russian roulette with this website.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. They stole my money and never sent me tickets. The people I spoke to on live chat were rude and unhelpful. Do not buy from these you won’t get your tickets and you won’t get your money back.

Details
Attempted to buy tickets from these losers. Sale didn’t go through. Tried again. Sale didn’t go through. They then charged me twice. No tickets nothing. Call them up and they send say oh yeah that went through. 3 days later. By then I bought tickets for another state. I ask for a refund they said they would do it. Of course nothing. Ask again they say it is their promoters fault. When I ask for their info they close chat. Asked again this time they refund half. And tell me have the bank dispute it. Terrible company that appears to purposely glitch their system so they can quadruple the selling price and keep money for themselves.

I bought tickets online & also bought insurance. I can’t go, but I can’t find any way to use the damned insurance to get a refund! I submitted a request several weeks ago & they responded that they would get back to me but I never heard anything. Now the event date is approaching & I’m about to lose $180+ on these damned tickets. AVOID AXS!!

This is ridiculous, by far the absolute worst customer service experience in my entire life hands down! It’s embarrassing for DayNVegas to use AXS with their tickets. Wish there was 0 star rating.
