This is the second year I buy early and my reservations are cancelled by axs with no warning and no refund. Last year I had to pay more for my cancelled ticket to rebuy.

This year I got an rv spot and ticket and after 8 months of payments axs cancelled both my ticket and rv spot. They gave me no reason and no refund.

I may be getting a lawyer. This is absolutely ridiculous and at this point I feel like you guys are a scam.

I had a horrible experience with this app. I logged in early to wait in line to purchase tickets, and every time I would get into the room to purchase the tickets, I was kicked out.

Then it froze, and when I reached out to the company chat, all they did was apologize and not do anything to help. Of course, by the end of the conversation, all the tickets were sold out for the venue, and there was nothing I could do. They're trying to blame me and make it seem like there's nothing they can do. Horrible company, horrible customer service!

On top of that, they said they had no supervisor or complaint department.

The pictures show me waiting in the queue for nothing. The last one is the frozen screen and time!

I've had terrible customer service today. Luckily the last lady I talked too by phone was very nice and helpful.

But the chat agents were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have screenshots to prove this. I didn't even include the worst ones.

Tread lightly. I can't believe a place charging 500 for tickets treats their consumers this way.

You can never get a human. You lose your money if you can't attend.

It says you can resell tickets on their site, but you can't. I'm going to do a charge back. They're worse than Ticketmaster.

Fraud. Scam.

Super Disappointed

Bought tickets to a festival for the wrong city. Told AXS about it so I could sell the tickets as soon as I could to recoup the funds and the tickets wont be released until the day of the concert.

So now I have to eat $700 worth of tickets that wont be used.

Especially during holiday times. Super disappointed

Stole my money

Sold a concert ticket and prepared to wait the quoted 7-10 days for payment, which is just ridiculous in and of itself. 13 days later, the payment still had not gone to my account.

After finally finding a way to contact a live person at axs customer service, I started a live chat with a "Crystal M", who has extremely poor communication skills, and was soon "accidentally" disconnected from the chat. Started another one with a different rep, who was better about communicating when she was checking things, but finally said "I see here that the money went back to your axs account today". I said "what does that mean? Why wasn't it deposited to my bank account?", to which she replied that she didn't know and would have to submit a ticket to anorther department and I would hear from them within 24-48 hours.

Unsurprisingly, the 48 hour mark has passed, and I've not been contacted. I finally changed the bank info to have the money sent to one of my debit cards instead, and was given the same "7-10 days" prompt.

So I get to wait that much longer to see if the money will make it to the card, since axs wasn't competent or trustworthy enough to do it right the first time. I'll never put myself in this position with them again.

There is no reason in 2024 that AXS is still running this system. There should be no reason that a person has to call to get their tickets transferred over.

Experience

I had to call customer service as the email associated with my account was incorrect so I did not have my tickets. I did wait a bit on hold, but once I got one of your customer service reps she handled everything with grace and care.

She was absolutely amazing. The event was amazing, one of the greatest nights of my daughters life. I will most certainly use AXS again.

AXS sold me a ticket with an obstructed view at a premium price, and didn't label it as an obstructed view. It was sold to me as best available and I could have purchased a center row ticket even a week later.

I didn't know it was obstructed until I got to the show and couldn't see half the band. When I contacted AXS they said they "couldn't help where the speakers were placed" and refused to give me a refund, a partial refund, or even an apology for my terrible concert experience. I will never trust them again after this. They don't even try to make things right when they do things that are wrong.

Very unethical. I've also reported them to the BBB for this and reported on Trustpilot
