I have not received my e-tickets for a Nick Cave concert inDublin on 6th June 2018 despite getting order confirmation in February 2018. I have booked time off work to attend and also a hotel with a freind.

When I tried to phone them today (the day before the concert, no answer on the phone, kept getting cut off due to high volume of calls).

Made attempts to contact them via facebook and twitter, asked for my order number via public twitter, again no further follow up. I am now stuck for solutions with a hotel booked and having to contact my friend to inform her that the concert we have been looking forward to we cannot attend.

Product or Service Mentioned: Axs Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
