I purchased tickets IN APRIL for two separate concerts that take place next week.
The money was taken out of my bank account immediately after purchases.
However, I have not received my tickets.
I have to resell my tickets because of a family emergency.
I have attempted to contact AXS several times regarding this. I've supplied them with every detail of the purchases, including order numbers, dates of purchase, payment method/card number...
However, AXS has not responded (other than the automatic, generic "we'll get to you" response that everyone receives...)
Yes, I do know how to use Flash Seats, et al. That is not the issue. Other tickets that I have purchased are available.
The issue is that the tickets are nowhere to be found, and AXS will not respond.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Lack of customer service.
