I recently bought two tickets for the Flatbush zombies concert in Tampa, FL on June 3rd. I originally had the tickets in the “my events” tab, and I took a screenshot of one of them for my friend which i sent to.
But now when I go to that page it says I have no tickets there. I still have a screenshot of that one ticket, but I never recieved a confirmation email adress to go along with the tickets.
Everytime I try to click theough the app to get help it tells me I need to log in again, and then tells me my password is incorrect. I have no idea what is going on, but this is making me scared that I am gonna lose my money or my tickets.
