First, I ran into their BS "declined" cc issue. Thought I managed to get things back on track.
Was told I had seats, given seat & row numbers, but I got nervous when confirmation number didn't arrive.
DAY OF GAME spent hours on the phone trying to get through to customer service, then had to battle with argumentative/ confrontive unprofessional service representatives who couldn't care less, only to be told I didnt have tickets, their agent made a mistake...sorry... Absolutely *** up!!!!
