I ordered tickets. My checking account shows a cleared payment within 2 days of purchase.

Related: Axs - Customer service really sucks. you wait forever and still they cannot help.

Four days later my account shows the cleared payment and a pending payment for the same amount. I did not receive tickets and cannot reach customer service, having called a number of times in 2 days.

I am on hold as I spend more time to write about the animation they call customer service. My account is overdrawn because the bank will have to dispute the second pending payment.
