I have used Axs a handful of times and have never experienced a problem until purchasing my current tickets, unfortunately i will never use AXS after the experience that I am having with them now.
I purchased 4 tickets and insurance to a concert. The money was taken out of my account, I filled a claim and was told that I would have a response in 72 hours, well its been 72 hours and I am yet to receive a email or confirmation.
I was finally able to dig a little deeper and find a working phone number for the company I am currently on hold trying to figure out the situation and get my tickets delivered because I would love to go to show and the the artist i bought the tickets for. It has now been 25 minutes on hold and my experience is truly just ruined and its really unfortunate that i will no longer be using this company in the future.
