Ordered tickets but never received (selected email delivery), however, my credit card was charged. Two email inquiries were robo-answered days later and did not address the issue with no tickets to be found.
Calls to them leave you hearing banjo/ukelele music for hours--no human being!
Finally, after 4 weeks, contacted credit card co. to have the charge removed. Had to document my interractions with them. Credit card company said they would call and I replied "good luck--they don't answer the phone"!
They are a horrible company with NO customer service. Will never use again.
Why do the concert promoters and venues use this miserable company?
Clearly, they must kick-back lots of $$ while the customer is treated like dirt. Please avoid them like the plague!
