Unbelievable a business can treat customers this way in 2016 , I'll vote with my feet and not use them again and leave the o2 network as well , as o2 only use AXS to book for them . They won't answer phone ...ever.... And when you e mail in frustration , you get a we will reply within 10 working days , that's 2 weeks..... So after spending hundreds of pounds with this company , they won't allow me anyway to contact them Shocking , only way to fix them is to never ever use them again

AXS ticketwebsite UK awful

Tried to order tickets for NBA game in London on 12 January. On site in plenty of time, got in waiting room, our turn came up and completely unable to order any tickets, even though site showed they were available - yet loads still available on ticket tout websites such as Getmein, Viagogo and Stubhub for vastly inflated prices. Disgusted with O2 Arena, AEG and AXS for enabling ticket touts to make huge profits from this practice. The tickets were for my son's birthday, he's a Pacers fan, plays basketball and was really looking forward to this. We already have train and hotel booked as we are travelling from the north. This practice must be made stopped!

My friend and I exactly the same - I tried calling and kept getting announcement saying better to go on the website and cut me off - go on the website and get server errors as its trying to put me in 'the waiting room' - constantly getting booted out and then all tickets sold

These people should be reported to the watchdog

Pre-registered details. Enter waiting room at 8.30am on the dot. Wait 3 hours. Finally message to say I'm in! Dates all sold out except one. O.K - bad luck me... never mind, I'll go for the last date. Enter ticket number (2). Enter Any Price. "There are no tickets matching your selection". Hmmm... more bad luck - let's try putting one ticket. "There are no tickets matching your selection". Try clicking on the seating plan. Try clicking anything you like - you won't get a ticket. How many hours to wait for a space in a *** to discover the seating is sold out. Why not properly update the site to show how ticket numbers are going. Or, of course, go to the Ticketmaster site who clearly have block booked thousands of the bloody things and are selling at 4x the face value. Completely inept system for the job. 02 should have recruited a globally competent organisation to handle and process swift real-time transactions and update the system continually. AXS are a let down. Only consolation is that the little Bieber *** won't be enjoying any of my daughter's hard earned money :-)

Their website is appalling, get through after being in the waiting room for over an hour to then select 4 seats in any area and to be told that none are available. I tried selecting 1 seat in any area none available, any date selected none available. if they are sold out then tell us! i have now been on thier website for 2 hours and no tickets. the waiting room is *** ***. Disgusting service and why did the O2 choose these I do not know! I try to avoid AXS at every cost but when its the only choice for events i have no option. Ridiculous

Do not use this website. Despite buying tickets in April 15 I was not sent anything until a few days before the concert. Nobody answered my emails for days. To be completely honest, to date, with 3 days left to the concert, I still don't have my tickets although they assured me they were sent out yesterday. It has been a very bad experience, I have no words to say how bad it made me feel to have to worry about something I purchased for leisure. Having to chase them all the time, feeling lost without support from anybody. Tragic customer care, really... I will never use this website again

You're not the only one, this is now the 2nd time this has happened to me. I actually had someone call me and say someone will call me in 24hours and sort it out, of course they didn't and I lost my Santana tickets (even though I have priority and can buy them before everyone else), this happened again a couple weeks ago, I made a complaint and all I got was a pathetic response telling me to use the call centre to buy tickets, I told them it was too late - got no response! These guys are totally arrogant, and have no concern for the customer. If I owned a ticket site and got a complaint, I would do my utmost to help them - this is the ARTS with out them we would not have a life worth living. You can be sure, if I owed them money this card issue would be sorted right quick! I hate these ***
