AXS ticketwebsite UK awful

Tried to order tickets for NBA game in London on 12 January. On site in plenty of time, got in waiting room, our turn came up and completely unable to order any tickets, even though site showed they were available - yet loads still available on ticket tout websites such as Getmein, Viagogo and Stubhub for vastly inflated prices. Disgusted with O2 Arena, AEG and AXS for enabling ticket touts to make huge profits from this practice. The tickets were for my son's birthday, he's a Pacers fan, plays basketball and was really looking forward to this. We already have train and hotel booked as we are travelling from the north. This practice must be made stopped!

I was trying to buy NBA Global game tickets. The selling time was 9:00 and I joined the waiting *** at 8:30. Nothing was sold out. It then was my time to purchase tickets. When I clicked find the tickets I wanted nothing came. Then all the tickets began to sell out right in front of me. Then when I clicked the best price available it gave me the most expensive tickets which i couldn't afford. It wouldn't let me go back. I then refreshed the page to join another ***. THE SAME THING HAPPENED! I waited 40min in the waiting ***. Now i have to get tickets of THOSE *** RESELLERS!!!

Booked tickets 8 months ago to see bear grylls. Day before the tickets hadn't arrived. Took 35 min in hold (£8.35) at 7.p a min. To be told thet would leave at box office. I had received an email off them 4 months ago confirming the delivery address. Very unhappy with there service.

Unfortunately you haven't got a hope. AXS did the same to me...

a year later they still refuse to tell me why or to do anything about it (or even discuss it). Worst ticket company in the world, without a doubt.

Unbelievable a business can treat customers this way in 2016 , I'll vote with my feet and not use them again and leave the o2 network as well , as o2 only use AXS to book for them . They won't answer phone ...ever.... And when you e mail in frustration , you get a we will reply within 10 working days , that's 2 weeks..... So after spending hundreds of pounds with this company , they won't allow me anyway to contact them Shocking , only way to fix them is to never ever use them again

Not at all surprised about this as I have recently had a problem with AXS at the O2. Tickets when received looked as if they were not together.

On telephoning AXS they confirmed that this was indeed the case and insisted that I had agreed to separate seating when I booked online. They refused to help at all. I did a dummy booking on their website and you had to specifically opt to have separate seats and the default was "no". I am sure that I did not do this and emailed them pointing all of this out.

I have just been fobbed off and told it was all my fault. I chose not to attend the concert because I didn't want to spend an evening sitting with strangers. It was particularly sad for me (apart from costing a lot) because it was a much anticipated night out together and a break from caring for our disabled son.

Pointed this out too, but just ignored. Horrible company to deal with.
