I sat on hold for over 23 minutes yesterday after 5 attempts at buying tickets for our customers for the rodeo. Still won't let me buy the tickets this morning - sat on hold for over 17 minutes that time - within the first hour of AXS hours of operation stating they are open.

Finally I hung up, called back and chose a different option, only to be hung up on by their automated system. So I called back & was hung up on again by their automated system - by the way, this was the option for calling about a current open order that kept hanging up on me. So, I finally find a place to submit an email - trying to get my customers their tickets before it's too late to get the tickets to them.... 5 hours later, no phone call, no email.

There apparently is no such thing as customer service over there. I would skip dealing with this company and their b.s. and find a company that actually gives a ***. Ticket Master is 10 times their size & has 50 times the customer service - at least you can actually speak to someone over there & they are legit.

I think this company is completely unprofessional and doesn't give a *** about anyone as long as they get your money. I am doing my part to put them out of business and taking my business somewhere else.

They need our money, not the other way around. Lots of other companies offer what they do with much better benefits.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

AXS Cons: Complete lack of customer service.
