Purchased tickets for my mother-in-law for the Sistine Chapel Choir tour event in Los Angeles for Mon, July 23, 2018. Get a call from my mother-in-law that she's standing at the event site and learns that the event was cancelled back in June.
No notification, no information, no nothing!!!!! WTF? Two people put their evening best on, travel to LA to learn that the event was cancelled. I know that you emailed me the tickets so you have the information.
Just need the information so I don't disappoint the people that we bought the tickets for as a gift. Not cool.
Oh - where's my refund and why are there so many complaints for this company on this website. Won't be using this company again for ticket purchases.
