Purchased tickets,way overpriced , my bad but really looking forward to the event . Received email back “ Guaranteed Sprint Center section 101 area A-35” so I purchased. Months later received tickets section 116. Try to reach someone and told no one could help me because they were a new ticket filler and would need to contact whom I purchased the tickets from. Contacted my credit card vendor it was Ticketzoom AXS. Call the number and told to call another number that routes back to the number I called first. Now contacting my credit card vendor to dispute purchase. Notify anyone you know do not purchase from any ticket outlet associated with AXS one which is Ticketzoom.

Bought tickets in June. Flash tickets were never put in my account. Submitted 3 separate requests from customer service, no response yet. Called the number and was on hold for 23 minutes before hanging up. Worst ticket company ever. I would like to attend the concert for which I paid $141.
