Details
The website never gave me a option to print my tickets and it went to will call without my authorization so i called customer service and been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to speak to a rep. This is unacceptable...never again will i go back to axs...they need to shut them down...horrible horrible experience...even the bigger companies like ticket master dont treat the consumer in this form...if i had the power to do so id shut axs down...this is ridiculous...this is no way in any form ok..people spend a lot of money in trying to purchase the right tickets for there families and this is how they treat people...*** axs Mike A Kansas City

Unfortunately you haven't got a hope. AXS did the same to me...

a year later they still refuse to tell me why or to do anything about it (or even discuss it). Worst ticket company in the world, without a doubt.
