My friend and I exactly the same - I tried calling and kept getting announcement saying better to go on the website and cut me off - go on the website and get server errors as its trying to put me in 'the waiting room' - constantly getting booted out and then all tickets sold
These people should be reported to the watchdog

Unfortunately you haven't got a hope. AXS did the same to me...
a year later they still refuse to tell me why or to do anything about it (or even discuss it). Worst ticket company in the world, without a doubt.
