This service literally does not work. Had to pay extra for will-call because tickets never arrived by email, were not showing in my account and when I called customer service they were unwilling to make it right. VENDORS, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL HATE YOU!

They sent my tickets to a show that is tomorrow, to the wrong address, have had me on hold now almost an hour and a half, and I haven't spoken to a real person one single time. They are trying so hard to keep from interacting with their customers is almost feels like a scam.

Attempted to buy tickets to two different shows now, and it's just not working. They charge my card and then decline it. I called my credit card company to see why they were not approving, and they said it was AXS. The charge goes through and then AXS kicks it back. I have spent over two hours trying to get tix for two different shows now. I had to give up on one of them as nothing I did would work. I tried different computers and the app. I also tried calling them, but I just sit on hold forever as no one ever answers. How is this place in business?! I have never had a problem purchasing tickets through any other vendor.
