AXS Got7 Concert Ticket Review from Los Altos, California
I am very disappointed with this website. My intention was to surprise my younger sister by taking her to the Got7 Flight Log: Departure concert in LA.
Originally, she and her friends were going to go to a Kpop concert, but due to personal reasons, my sister couldn't go. Therefore, as soon as I found out about the Got7 concert, I began saving up all my money to pay for it. Since I'm still a student, I only had a limited amount of money to pay for it. Since I wanted to make it extra special, I saved enough for the most expensive ticket, so my younger sister, older sister and I could stand in front of the stage and take a photo with the Kpop group.
When I found out the tickets for LA were being sold on AXS, I didn't think it would be too bad because I've never been on the site before. I was in the waiting room almost thirty minutes before sale time and I noticed that one section was already sold out. I thought this was weird because the tickets were not suppose to be on sale yet. I tried to buy only three tickets for the Got7 Comeback concert in LA, but AXS was not letting me buy any tickets.
It kept saying, "no results found" for every option I pressed, and it did not say that the tickets were all taken yet. After an hour, I searched to see if any large ticket-selling businesses were selling these tickets, and saw that the tickets that were originally $85 on AXS were being sold for nearly $300 on the other sites--which is more expensive than the ticket I originally wanted, on AXS of $215. This pissed me off because these large ticket-selling businesses bought the AXS tickets in bulk, so I was not able to buy any. Also, I don't have enough to buy 3 tickets that cost twice as much as it did originally.
I'm very disappointed that the whole process and ways to buy the tickets on these websites are so unfair and wrong. I wish it could have turned out better and I could have surprised my sister.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
