YES! AXS is holding $465 from an Elton John concert for seats that I sold through AXS a week before the concert.
We upgraded to better seats and there was no problem with that purchase. Las Vegas Mobile T Arena is just as guilty because AXS was the one and only way to sell or buy tickets!
I've hit the transfer button at least half a dozen times, tried the "chatline", and still NO transfer! The money is supposed to go into a checking account (as instructed). I've sent emails and have received "ticket numbers" as if someone has an assignment to fix the problem!
I've tried Flash Seats too, where my info was available, but I won't put in too much personal info because I think that they are phishing for credit card numbers?
I'm not sure which Attorney General to contact? I live in Ohio, the concert was in Vegas and it appears tthat AXS is in Los Angeles?
