Take my advice dont ever do any business with AXS . It will drive you insane.

Not sure who owns on runs it but it’s probably s fly by nite company. Someone needs to take action.Its very sad that people working there are tuning it can do this to people.

Is a shame an in the end the good lord will punish you . That I can promise u ..

Ive phoned 10/20 times now today but They Don't answer the phone ! Trying to buy tickets they have an internal server error message on the site that won't let me I tweeted them, messaged them and sent 3 emails to their customer services but still no response {{Redacted}}

Axs - Phone calls

On AXS site it states that calls are charged at standard rate for land lines and mobiles. Once you have called they charge 7pence a min. They also make you write a min of 100 words just to stop you complaining like most ticket site they like your money but not any complaints. my complaint is hard to write a hundred words about but I have tried.{{Redacted}}

One single voice recording mentions that tickets will be mailed shortly and as of now the phone has been ringing for 25 minutes today, the other times I tried for 10 minutes each - on different days of the week. They do advertise being open 7 days a week. So this is a fake Customer Service, they do not actually have people working in their office? Definitely no Customer Service at AXS...

Same here. Tried to get in touch with them because until today I still have not received my e-tickets for The Rolling Stones concert tonight.

I have written them a week ago and there is no reply at all.

I tried to call them today and after the recorded voice message, they just told me that the line is very busy today and hang me up...Until now, no tickets or no will call. Money lost.
