Been waiting over 3 hours to get help via phone and live chat just to update payment info since they can’t offer that self service! This is ridiculous, by far the absolute worst customer service experience in my entire life hands down! It’s embarrassing for DayNVegas to use AXS with their tickets. Wish there was 0 star rating.

I’ve spent a week. 24 payment attempts 6 different cards. Over 10 hours on the phone to be cut off twice. Contacted @axs 14 times via Twitter and Facebook and the contact centre. This is not a service. Still trying to book EVO 2019 tickets. FUSTRATED.

Axs - Failed order, successful transaction

After entering my credit card info and purchasing tickets, my card was charged for the amount of 2 tickets but what appeared on my browser was that the order had failed due to an error in my billing information. I submitted a help request over 2 weeks ago with no answer from them, and the US AXS doesn’t seem to have a phone number I can call. I want my $213 back!!!!!!!!!

Same issue here. they won't transfer my money and won't pick up.

I've been on hold now for 35 minutes. Another *** app that ties me to my phone and has no customer support.

One single voice recording mentions that tickets will be mailed shortly and as of now the phone has been ringing for 25 minutes today, the other times I tried for 10 minutes each - on different days of the week. They do advertise being open 7 days a week. So this is a fake Customer Service, they do not actually have people working in their office? Definitely no Customer Service at AXS...

Same here. Tried to get in touch with them because until today I still have not received my e-tickets for The Rolling Stones concert tonight.

I have written them a week ago and there is no reply at all.

I tried to call them today and after the recorded voice message, they just told me that the line is very busy today and hang me up...Until now, no tickets or no will call. Money lost.
