Axs - Your customer service SUCKS

My tickets are not loading on my app and haven’t since I purchased them. I called after finally finding a phone number. I was taken to a page where I had to type the reason for my call and email before being connected to the system. I was finally transferred and pressed the option I needed and they system didn’t accept the presses number and was disconnected. I still have not resolved my issue!!!
