I had the same problem, except I could not receive a password for the presale. The only tickets available now are seated tickets and I really wanted general admission.

Please contact me if you see this.

I would be more than happy to purchase seated tickets and trade them for general admission.

Same thing just happened to me. I just noticed on my bank account the separate insurance charge then checked my email that said I purchased ticket insurance.

I never would have purchased ticket insurance.

I have processed a cancellation of insurance so I hope I get the refund or I will be filing a complaint with BBB. This is a fraudulent way of doing business and is probably illegal or at least should be.

Axs in Surrey, British Columbia - Customer Service? What Customer Service?

I have called their number about a dozen times always busy no matter what time I call. I have sent 3 emails and no response 1 week later. What a joke these guys are. I am going to write to the venue and let them know how they do not value their customers and their concerns. There is no customer service what so ever!I keep seeing all these posts and wonder how a company or the venues keep using these clowns.I'm sure they love taking your money no matter what. Keep writing everyone hopefully they will go out of business!Useless idiots like this do not deserve to be in business.
