They don't respond to emails and when you call, they put you on hold for over an hour every time. Worst customer service ever and I really wish venues would stop using this terrible company.

I was simply trying to buy 2 tickets for decadence in Colorado. They declined my transaction and are still holding my funds meaning I cannot but the tickets now. I waited over an hour to talk to someone every time I called just to be given a different answer I call and no one can release my funds. I call my bank and they told me it was AXS who declined the transaction not the bank since the funds are on hold!!!

In 2 days I have been on hold for over 3 hours. When I get someone they have no idea what I’m talking about and transfer me again. They screwed up VIP packages. I thought I got it resolved because they responded through FB messenger that the promoter approved an upgrade. They said they can’t process the transaction unless it’s over the phone. They don’t answer though! Beyond frustrated!
