. Purchased insurance for a concert that did not happen because of weather. Received no refund and only a run around.

I had purchased insurance. Two reps from AXS told me that there will be no refunds for Dwight Yoakam because of the weather.

He did not come on stage because there was thunder and lightning. Everyone was instructed to leave the venue. I was told by AXS that Levitt Pavilion needs to authorize refunds and they did not for the Dwight Yoakam concert that did not happen. I had

purchased insurance and the insurance company said they could not find my order.

I gave them my order number from my ticket purchase and also sent them a screenshot of my bank statement showing I had purchased insurance at the same time I purchased my ticket. Bottom line it has been a complete runaround. AXS is not taking responsibility and told me to call the insurance company. The insurance company could not find my order and told me to call AXS to get the correct order number.

AXS gave me the same number I had in the first place.

Then I had to take a screenshot of my bank statement to prove I purchased insurance. I had to email it to the insurance company. Havent heard anything from AXS or the insurance company.

Neither one have had the courtesy to touch base with me to give me an update as to whether theyre working on it or they dropped the issue totally. Worst experience ever.

Can't access purchased tickets

Although I was able to set up an AXS account and have been able to purchase tickets, I was unable to access them when I needed to use them. I reached out to customer support, but they did not respond. The website and app are both glitchy when trying to log into my account. Now when I try to log into my account on the website, I receive an error message stating, "Are you a real fan?", even when logged into my account on my phone. Very frustrating and costly.

I purchased tickets for the Opry, Nashville, TN for 3/25/2023 Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip due to a serious illness. I sold the tickets and requested the money to be transferred to my checking account; however, I never received the refund of $583! And then I received an email with a link and password to try and resolve the issue, and that page doesn't work!!! See Attached!

Problems logging in, problems in transferring money, customer service misinformation, customer service hang up, when got competent personnel even then transfer did not go through, supervisor disconnected 3 times in a row, 2nd request call back barely audible, now finding out aforementioned transfer did not go through over a month for funds

Missed whole reason I came.

Paid $85, drove 2 hours, paid $20 to park, got in line 45 min before the show started. Thanks to this app not loading my tickets, I had to sit at a service window for the entire performance of the open act which is the only act I came to see. I got half a song and left. Never again. If I am directed to AXS I will immediately cancel any order from here on. Total rip off.

Bought tickets no problem, money went out of my account at the speed of light. Couldnt make the gig so sold tickets via axs, cannot retrieve my money, no way of contacting axs, tells me to log into account but I cant, tells me to go to payments but there is no such option etc etc absolutely awful company and would highly recommend not using them ever! Still £185 down and really not sure if I will ever get it back at this rate! never again!

Difficult to update my names

Yes I cannot recover my tickets that I purchased earlier in the summer for flume I can only recover my current tickets for flume I still have two extra tickets that my account is not allowing me to access I no longer have a credit card on file that was used as my personal bank account got hacked I have receipts from the past but no confirmation numbers if you can have somebody contact me at 307-413-**** my show is Next weekend
