Tickets not showing up in my events
Forget about a refund, even for a death or terminal illness
Purchased VIP package (they make you buy two(2) tickets, even if you want only one(1) ticket. Only an hour later was advised of a cancer problem in immediate family.
Requested refund, and ability to verify with Oncologist. Days later advised no refund regardless of reasons. This after purchasing DOZENS of VIP packages from them over the years. Then, referred to Caesars Palace Box Office, who were rude and offensive and would make no allowances whatsoever.
Then, placed ad to re-sell on Stub Hub (AXS's partner site), and found that Caesars and/or AXS did not list "Trusted Resale Tickets" (Stub Hub) on their ticket Website for only the May 6th date in question; thus making it difficult if not impossible to re-sell these VIP front row seats. Lost over $3,000.00.
- No refund policy under any circumstances
- Horrible customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund

Customer service
They don't care about customer experience
AEG is motivated my money and money alone, they will do whatever they can to squeeze extra bucks out of fans and actively support scalping with their partnership with StubHub. They are completely unresponsive to customer complaints, because they know that at the end of the day, people will still pay to see the shows.
Now they are positioning to change the way Red Rocks works by whittling away at the general admission sections and charging more for rows closer to the stage. It's a travesty that a company who cares so little about fans is in charge of ticketing for such a special venue.
Preferred solution: I want Red Rocks to end their partnership with AXS
Bill Murray, Jan Vogler and friends Bellco Theatre Denver
On 10/2/17 purchased tickets to this event through AXS. Today - day before event I cannot locate email with tickets - never received.
Sent email per their instructions. They emailed back that it would take "several days" to get back to me. Started calling yesterday to "customer service" number provided. Called 3 times - up to 50 minutes on hold each time - finally got someone to answer!
Was told that these tickets had already been reissued - check my spam mail. Untrue - no emails! My only option now was will-call - arrive early to pick up tickets. I can only hope they will be there when I arrive.
I would strongly hesitate to buy tickets to any future events AXS was the ticket broker!!! Horrible service!!

Rude customer service on phone
Called to inquire about buying tickets for a concert at T-Mobile arena in Las Vegas. I have never bought tickets over the phone before.
After waiting 20 minutes on the phone, I spoke to a girl named Harriet. She was extremely rude, and I could barely hear her over the room full of other people on the phones. She looked up the event and told me, "I don't have anything in my inventory." I said, "Ok, so what does that mean? Is the concert sold out?" She responded, "I don't have anything in my IN-VEN-TO-REE," like saying it louder and ruder would elucidate things.
Then she told me to look on StubHub. What rude customer service.

Unfair set up of ticket waitlist
The way the waiting room is set up is completely unfair. For a company that prides themselves on fairness with purchase, this company sure can't seem to be fair.
I waited online hours before Monsta x tickets went on sale to be sure I would get the P1 VIP tickets that I so desperately wanted. Only to be shoved into a "waiting room" 30 minutes before the tickets went on sale. The website informed me that I had a place in line only, my place was randomized and not determined by how long I had been waiting.
I did not get my chance to purchase tickets until 15 minutes after the tickets went on sale, despite waiting on the website hours before the sale time. In turn, the tickets I waited for were gone only to be resold for 8 times the original price by other companies, and I was left with bad seats, with absolutely no VIP perks.

Ah that is a lovely mountain to climb. I have been up to the top several times.
Watch out for rattlesnakes though! I saw a huge one there once, almost 5 feet long, and a baby rattler almost bit me on that trail. I did not go back there for several months after that!
I waited until it was well into the winter time. I recommend bringing gloves and trekking poles too.
