Tickets Purchase Review

ordered 2 sets of tickets online. within 5 minutes one set was emailed to me, but 5 days later the others have not shown up. charges for both sets have cleared my account. their online customer service sucks. they keep responding with the same auotmatic answer then mark my complaint "solved".

Axs review in Clarksburg, West Virginia: Website issues, givent he wrong ticket, horrible customer service.

Worst experience with customer service and website. When their website has an issue and your ticket needs to be switched because of it. They will send you in circles and you will still be stuck with the wrong ticket and the end of the day. Really the worst customer service and policies. The website issue with the new function which allows you to reserve extra tickets when purchasing so that you can invite friends to come along with you. It does not tell you which ticket you are purchasing of the lot. According to the customer representative you receive a random ticket of the bunch. Ultimately if you are reserving tickets and buying tickets, the functionality should exist to choose which ticket you purchase and which ticket/tickets you reserve. When I approached them with the issue the customer service representatives had no idea how to deal with it (I'm assuming it is a relatively new function on their website and therefore a relatively new issue, but if that is the case, they should understand that functionality issues need to be dealt with).

Axs review in Lima, Provincia De Lima: I have to call to purchase a ticket

I live in Peru. There is a bug on the web page that doesnt allow me tu fill the item "province" I live in Lima and the bar doesnt scroll down till letter "L", just stays at "A" So I have to call to costume service twice. I have to pay for the international call from Peru!! They tell me they do that because to avoid fraud, but its the costumer who has to pay for the calls!! I have to pay the cost of the bill plus the cost of the call. I ask for a refund of the money spent on the call

I bought 2 tickets to a concert. While I was out of town it was postponed. I was never notified the concert was postponed! So my wife and I drove 2.5 hours (one way) to the show just to find out it was postponed. They need do a better job of informing the ticket...

Buying paperless tickets via axs for muse concert

The tickets via credit cards are very convenient but they are non-refundable/transferable. In our case, we had a family emergency and could not go to the concert. We called several times in order to refund/transferred due to the unforeseen events but all in vain. As many concerts as we go to, we will never be buying tickets from axs.com. We tried calling several places and all they said was 'per our policy, there are no refunds'-pretty cold and unaccommodating. We were also willing to just see the concert at a different venue or the same venue at a different date but nope, they would not budge!

AXS couldn't be less accommodating to their customers if they tried. In fact, they'd save themselves a hefty amount of their cost margin if they just shut down their website's customer service center and stopped pretending they care.

I was unable to book tickets to Panic! At the Disco at Fiddler's Green online. I kept getting a modal pop up telling me there was a problem with my account information. This despite the fact that I successfully purchased within minutes with the same computer, browser and account set up tickets to a different show at the same venue.

When I explained this to the phone center agent, they were more than happy to book tickets for me and charge an additional "convenience" fee for booking over the phone. Would they waive the fee since their website wasn't working properly - nope - per policy they could not and no supervisor could either. I e-mailed their so-called web team and got 2 canned deflections that clearly indicated they either did not read, comprehend or care about the issues on their website. This is the worst vendor I've ever dealt with.

Oh, did I mention that I'm director of client experience for a fortune 50 financial services firm. AXS should feel intense shame, but they are clearly shameless.

Purchased tickets decided to UPGRADE and paid more only to find out AFTER tickets were purchased that view would be obstructed AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMOTS TO HAVE TICKETS CHANGED AND LIES AND PROMISES THE "manager" MATT SAID THEY CALLED WHICH WAS A HUGE LIE AND SAID WE SHOULDVE OF KNOWN PRIOR TO THAT UPGRADING WE WOULD BE IN OBSTRUCTED VIEW..REALLY?!!!! Loss 150.00
